Do you have short term and long term care?

Yes, we provide short term rehab, skilled nursing therapy, and long term care.


Is transportation available to take my loved one to doctor appointments and/or dialysis?

We do not have a transporter but we do have contracts with two major transport companies that can provide transportation services to scheduled appointments. Please let the nurse know who is caring for your loved one as the nurse will be the one to set up the transporter for your loved one.


Are there any activities?

Yes, there are many different daily activities available 7 days a week.


Are you open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

We are closed to normal visitation but we do offer essential caregiver visits and each resident may have up to two permanent essential caregivers assigned who can come visit after meeting certain requirements. Call us for more information on the requirements.


Can I have a tour of your facility?

Yes, under normal circumstances, we do schedule tours, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our doors are closed to tours until further notice.


Does your facility offer therapy? What therapies are offered?

Yes, we do. Regent offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Your loved one will be assessed upon admission by our therapists to develop a custom care plan fit for their specific needs.


Can my loved one receive mail?

Mail is delivered to residents personally on a daily basis except for weekends and holidays.

Consider using our Send a Greeting feature on the website. Just type the recipient’s name and type your message. When it arrives in our email box we will print it and hand-deliver it to your loved one. You may also choose from a variety of postcards to personalize and mail to our facility for a small fee.


What is an Ombudsman?

A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.
